POST O'ALLS No. 6 Shirt - Vintage Calico Stripe

The #1206 No.6 Shirt first appeared in the mid 1990s and was POST O'ALLS' first full button front shirt following a series of pullover designs. Inspired by American work shirts of the 1930s, its distinctive mountain shaped chest pockets became one of the defining details of the design and helped establish the No.6 as an early POST O'ALLS favourite.

This version is cut from Vintage Calico Stripe, a lightweight cotton fabric with an indigo striped pattern and the rustic appearance of early American shirting. The combination gives the work shirt a softer, more casual character than the classic chambray version, while retaining the same utilitarian origins. A prewashed finish provides a comfortable feel from the outset and allows the fabric to sit naturally.

Reproduction fish eye shell buttons recreate those used on the original No.6, while a printed label based on POST O'ALLS' early 1993 labels completes the reissue. Continued wear and washing will further soften the cotton and gradually alter the indigo, adding more variation to the striped fabric over time.
