The #1302 W-Knee Dungarees were POST O'ALLS' second trouser design and the brand's first double knee work pant. Introduced in the mid 1990s, the pattern draws from American painter pants of the 1930s, with reinforced knees and practical detailing reflecting the functional origins of the style.

This version replaces denim with a substantial cotton canvas, giving the W-Knee silhouette a particularly strong workwear character. The fabric is pigment dyed brown, placing the colour primarily on the surface of the cotton and creating plenty of potential for variation as the trousers continue to be worn.

A bio stone wash softens the canvas and breaks down the pigment to create an uneven, aged appearance from the outset. The double knee panels, seams and pocket edges provide natural points for further wear, allowing the brown to develop greater variation over time. A green printed label based on those used by POST O'ALLS in 1993 completes the reissue.
