What We Think

In 1920s New York, Brooklyn’s waterfront was filled with dockworkers, machinists, and craftsmen, all dressed in the sturdy workwear of the era. Industrial design was taking shape which meant form followed function, and excess was stripped away in favour of pure utility. Inspired by that landscape, this denim jacket pays homage to the rugged, no-nonsense aesthetic of the time.

The colour and shape of this piece works well with denim. The Lawford buckle backs or TCB S40s are a perfect match.
